   SheTrades University LLC ("we," "us," "our") operating as She Trades University provides trading education, mentorship programs, courses, and digital content designed to help individuals learn and improve their trading skills, with a focus on the Asian market. Services are delivered via online platforms, video content, and live coaching sessions.

2. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use our services.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

4. No Guarantees

   SheTrades University LLC and its affiliates do not guarantee results, income, or earnings. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and the actions you take. All content is provided for educational purposes only and is not financial advice.

5. Acceptable Use

   You may not share login credentials, redistribute course materials, or use content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

   All content, branding, methods, and materials are owned by SheTrades University LLC and protected under United States law.

7. Termination

   We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

   Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by US law, SheTrades University LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold SheTrades University LLC harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SheTrades University LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

13. Changes to These Terms

    We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
